Jogurt

Przepis na wykonanie w domowych warunkach jogurtu
 

Składniki:

– Litr mleka – Świeżego najlepiej takiego prosto od krówki
– 500 ml jogurtu naturalnego

Wykonanie:
Podgrzać mleko aż do wrzenia, wystudzić prawie do temperatury pokojowej. Dodać jogurt, przykryć, pozostawić przez 6-8 godzin w temperaturze pokojowej. Następnie włożyć na noc do lodówki. Po tym czasie powinien być gotowy.
Można dodać dowolne owoce i będzie jogurt owocowy.

Ciekawy przepis na coś co jest jego składnikiem 🙂 Chodzi o to aby dostarczyć do mleka odpowiednich kultur bakteryjnych.
