Składniki:

  • 1 szkl. cukru
  • 8 jajek
  • 1 ½ szkl. mąki
  • łyżeczka anyżku
  • cukier kryształ

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Jajka utrzeć razem z cukrem w kąpieli wodnej.
    Następnie zdjąć masę do ostygnięcia.
    Wówczas dodać mąkę oraz anyżek.
    Dokładnie wymieszać.
    Powstałe ciasto rozsmarować ciasto na blasze wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia.
    Wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 210 stopni i upiec.
    Zaraz po upieczeniu posypać ciasto cukrem i a przed podaniem pokroić na kwadraty.
