Pulpetti tal-Makku

Składniki (4 porcje):
• 200g filetów rybnych – ugotowanych na parze i podzielonych na “płatki”
• ½ cebuli cieniutko pokrojonej
• 1 łyżka posiekanej zielonej cebulki
• 1 łyżeczka posiekanej natki kolendry
• 1 łyżeczka posiekanego chili
• 75g maki
• 15g maki kukurydzianej
• ¼ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
• szczypta soli
• szczypta pieprzu
• ½ łyżeczki papryki
• 150 ml wody
• olej do smażenia

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Wszystkie składniki wymieszaj razem w misce. Pozostaw na 15 minut. Rozgrzej olej na patelni i nakładaj łyżką na gorący olej. Smaż po 2-3 minut aż zezłocą się.

Najlepiej podawać z sosem:
• 2-3 łyżek sosu chili
• 1 łyżka soku z limonki lub cytryny
• szczypta soli
• szczypta cukru
