Składniki:
• 1 l śmietanki
• 6 dag kawy
• 30 dag cukru
• 5 jaj

Wykonanie:
Zagrzać mocno litr słodkiej śmietanki, wsypać do niej świeżo upaloną, gorącą, wprost z piecyka kawę. Przykryć to, aby śmietanka nabrała zapachu. Skoro nieco przestygnie, przecedzić przez sito, wsypać cukru rozbitego mocno z jajami, postawić na ogień, mieszając, a skoro zgęstnieje, przecedzić i ostudzić. Przelać masę do puszki i kręcić na lodzie, wybijając mocno zamarzła u brzegów i na spodzie śmietanę, aby jednostajnie stężała cała masa.
