Sałatka z marchwi z ryżem

Składniki: 30 dag marchwi sól 1/2 szklanki mleka 2 łyżki ryżu 2 jaja (ugotowane na twardo) 1/3 szklanki majonezu posiekana natka pietruszki pieprz Sposób wykonania: Marchewkę zetrzeć na tarce, ryż ugotować na mleku a jajko pokroić na cząstki. Wszystkie składniki polać majonezem. Delikatnie przemieszać i doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.

Surówka z marchwi z rzodkiewkami

Składniki: 30 dag marchwi pęczek rzodkiewek sól cukier sok z cytryny 2 jaja (ugotowane na twardo) 1 /2 szklanki śmietany posiekany koperek Sposób wykonania: Marchewkę zetrzeć na tarce, rzodkiewki pokroić w plasterki a jajka na cząstki. Całość polać śmietaną i doprawić do smaku solą, cukrem oraz sokiem z cytryny. Na koniec posypać posiekanym koperkiem.
